Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the following business item was transacted at the meeting of the Board of Directors of QGO Finance Limited (the Company) held today i.e. Friday December 1 2023 at 10:30 AM and concluded at 10:50 AM at its Registered Office have inter alia considered approved and taken on record the following: 1. Approved issuance of Unsecured unlisted redeemable Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) under Private Placement basis up to Rs. 140000000 (Rupees Fourteen Crores only) within the borrowing limits of the Company as approved by the shareholders. The information as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 is enclosed herewith as 'Annexure-I'.
