With reference to the above subject this is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT)Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters Directors Connected persons the insider and their immediate from Monday 1st January2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2023.
