Marg New Delhi-110001 at 04:00 PM inter-alia to consider and approve the following: 1. Reconsideration of issue and allotment of 5791068 equity shares of Face value of Rs.10/- each allotted on 07th August 2023 on preferential basis subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company as required under Regulation 170(2) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018. 2. To convene an extraordinary general meeting / postal ballot process to seek approval of the shareholders in respect of the aforesaid as required.
