This is continuation to the filing with respect to change of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company made by us on 15.12.2023. We hereby inform that the Board of Directors at the meeting held on Wednesday the 3rd day of January 2024 had inter-alia considered and approved the following; 1. Cessation of Smt P Krishnaveni (holding ICSI Membership No. 8988) from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company due to organizational changes with effect from 15th December 2023. 2. Appointment of Shri P Rajesh (holding ICSI Membership No. A28489) as the Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) and Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Smt P Krishnaveni (Membership No. 8988) due to organizational changes with effect from 15th December 2023.
