Wardwizard Foods And Beverages Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/01/2024 inter alia to consider and approve This is to intimate that in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 to consider inter-alia and approve the following matters; 1. To allot equity shares on conversion of convertible equity warrants issued by the Company on preferential basis to the Promoters and Strategic Investors not forming part of the Promoter group of the Company in terms of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018 as amended. 2. To reconstitute of Internal Committee under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention Prohibition and Redressal ) Act 2013. 3. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
