Crystal Business System Limited informed the BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange Limited that the statement of deviation or variation for proceeds of public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, QIP is not applicable to the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
