Astal Laboratories to convene board meeting November 13 to review financial results

Astal Laboratories Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on November 13, 2026, at its corporate office in Telangana to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a Limited Review Report from the auditors. The company has closed the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting's conclusion, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
