LS Industries Limited will consider unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from statutory auditors M/s. Bhakoo & Co. at a board meeting on November 14, 2026, and will also take note of the resignations of Independent Director Ms. Richa Arora, effective October 26, 2026, and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Ms. Tan Chiew Kek, effective October 28, 2026, both due to personal and professional reasons.
