Prism Johnson Ltd share price declined by 1.57% to Rs 101.18. The Company's net profit jumped 84.69% to Rs 208.14 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 2.79% to Rs 1861.81 crore in Q2FY27 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Prism Johnson Ltd stood at Rs 223.54 crore in Q2 FY27, rallying 1279.03% year-on-year, and expanding by 60.91% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 185 crore, gaining 5.12% YoY and slipping 6.87% sequentially.
Total expenses grew marginally by 2.99% to Rs 1788.79 crore in Q2FY27 over Q2FY26. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 499.77 crore, inching up 0.47% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 144.44 crore, falling 10.19% YoY.
For FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 8.05% to Rs 7326.0 crore, while net profit improved by 13.45% to Rs 105.46 crore, compared to previous FY. EBITDA soared by 38113% to Rs 658.23 crore, and PBT surged 192.24% to Rs 145.65 crore compared to previous FY.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 502.89 crore in FY26, as against Rs 737.28 crore in FY25.
Prism Johnson Ltd crashed 28.04% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.74% during the same period.
