Welspun Enterprises confirms full utilization of Rs 250 crore for Maharashtra highway project

Welspun Enterprises Limited reported no deviation or variation in the utilization of proceeds from the issuance of convertible warrants during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The company, which raised Rs 1,000 crore through a preferential issue on October 15, 2025, has fully utilized the Rs 250 crore received as upfront consideration, which is being used for the construction of a 6-lane partially elevated highway corridor in Maharashtra and general corporate purposes.
