Jubilant FoodWorks appoints Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as statutory auditors for five years

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as the company’s statutory auditors for a five-year term, commencing at the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting and ending at the conclusion of the 37th AGM, subject to member approval. The appointment follows the completion of the two consecutive five-year term of the current statutory auditors, M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, at the conclusion of the 32nd AGM.
