Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited reported no deviation or variation in the utilization of Rs 95.004 crore raised through a preferential issue of 11,70,000 convertible equity warrants for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. The company had raised the funds on March 28, 2026, with the proceeds intended for funding working capital, product development, investment in subsidiaries, and general corporate purposes.
