Shashijit Infrprojects Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
