TVS Motor Company Limited to acquire Harita ARC Limited, subject to regulatory approvals

TVS Motor Company Limited announced it has approved the acquisition of entire stake of Harita ARC Limited, and a composite scheme of arrangement amongst TVS Motor Services Limited, TVS Motor Company Limited, and Harita ARC Limited. The scheme involves the amalgamation of TVS Motor Services Limited with TVS Motor Company Limited, and the demerger of the consumer finance and related business from TVS Motor Company Limited into Harita ARC Limited, which will issue shares to TVS Motor Company Limited shareholders. The transaction is a related party transaction and is subject to regulatory approvals.
