DIC India shareholders approve Asthana and Kashiwagi for three-year director roles

DIC India Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Praveen Kumar Asthana as Whole Time Director and Hayato Kashiwagi as Managing Director, both for a term of three consecutive years. Asthana’s appointment took effect July 15, 2026, while Kashiwagi’s appointment, subject to Central Government approval, began September 1, 2026. Kashiwagi was previously serving as a Non-Executive Director at DIC India Limited.
