Shankara Building Products Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India, received from KFin Technologies Limited, regarding the dematerialization and rematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
