Capri Global Capital Limited’s Management Committee approved the issuance of up to 3,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, United States Dollar-denominated non-convertible bonds with a face value of USD 10,000 each, for an aggregate nominal value of up to USD 30,000,000, on a private placement basis. The bonds, which will be listed on the India International Exchange IFSC Limited and/or NSE IFSC Limited, will have a tenure of 36 months and offer a coupon of 240 basis points plus the 6 months CME Term SOFR, and the company also approved the appointment of India International Depository IFSC Limited as the registrar and transfer agent for the bond issuance.
