Velox Shipping appoints Omkar Prakash Kulkarni as Company Secretary, effective October 15

Velox Shipping and Logistics Limited, formerly Velox Industries Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Omkar Prakash Kulkarni as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 15, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kulkarni, who holds an ICSI membership No. A74067, a Master’s degree in Commerce, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, was appointed in accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
