Caplin Point Laboratories confirms securities dematerialization process completion to Indian exchanges

Caplin Point Laboratories Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. received from Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, confirming that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were confirmed and that security certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled.
