Global Capital Markets Limited informed the BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited that Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited, acting as a Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), has issued a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
