Nova Iron and Steel closes trading window for insiders following SEBI regulations

Nova Iron and Steel Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from the quarter ended September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulation 2019.
