HLV Limited halts trading for insiders pending second quarter financial results release

HLV Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has closed the trading window for its designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
