Relic Technologies Limited will close its trading window for share transactions starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with its insider trading policy and SEBI regulations, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of a board meeting scheduled to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date to be announced separately.
