Hindustan Housing Co. Ltd. closes equity trading window ahead of financial results

Hindustan Housing Co. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its trading window for equity shares will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
