Mankind Pharma halts securities trading ahead of financial results declaration in late 2026

Mankind Pharma Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
