Odigma Consultancy Solutions Limited will close its trading window for securities transactions from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of its financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
