Pennar Industries will restrict trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Pennar Industries Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that it will close the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, and it will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
