Indosolar Limited to amalgamate with Waaree Energies, creating a larger solar module manufacturer

Indosolar Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved a draft scheme of amalgamation with Waaree Energies Limited, consolidating their operations to simplify the group structure and create a backward-integrated solar module manufacturing entity. As on June 30, 2026, Indosolar Limited had total assets of Rs 404.92 crore and net worth of Rs 323.63 crore, while Waaree Energies Limited had total assets of Rs 23,798.16 crore and net worth of Rs 13,869.90 crore. Under the scheme, shareholders of Indosolar Limited will receive one equity share of Rs 10 each in Waaree Energies Limited for every 11 equity shares of Rs 10 each held in Indosolar Limited.
