Rico Auto Industries closes securities trading window ahead of September results announcement

Rico Auto Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to approve the results to be announced later.
