OSCAR GLOBAL LIMITED announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s Ramesh Chandra Bagdi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a one-year term from the financial year 2026-2027, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and appointed M/s Ramesh Chandra Bagdi, Company Secretaries as a Scrutinizer for the e-voting process at the Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026.
