The company has fixed September 22, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote, and the notice of the AGM and annual report for the financial year 2025-26 were dispatched electronically on September 7, 2026. The company’s book closure will be from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the Annual General Meeting.
