Welspun Investments to acquire Vishwakarma Realty for INR 462,256 by September 2026

Welspun Investments and Commercials Limited (WICL) announced that its board approved the acquisition of 100% of the paid-up equity share capital of Vishwakarma Realty Private Limited from DBG Estates Holdings LLP for INR 4,62,256. Upon completion of the acquisition on or before September 05, 2026, Vishwakarma Realty Private Limited, incorporated on December 11, 2025, will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Welspun Investments and Commercials Limited and intends to transact in trading of all kinds of commodities and make various investments.
