Lippi System Limited’s promoters received convertible warrants valued at Rs 9.24 crore

Lippi System Limited announced the allotment of 65,00,000 convertible equity warrants on a preferential basis to promoters Vinesh Shivji Dholu, Jagdish Shivji Dholu, Shivji Karamrashi Dholu, Jagruti Vinesh Dholu, and Parul Jagdish Dholu, at an issue price of Rs 56.84 per warrant. The company has received Rs 9,23,65,000, representing 25% of the total consideration of Rs 36,94,60,000, and each warrant is convertible into one equity share with a face value of Rs 10.
