Envair Electrodyne Limited announced that its board has scheduled its 44th Annual General Meeting for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:30 AM to be held through video conferencing/other audio visual means, and appointed Instavote (MUFG) as the depository to handle the e-voting process, with M/s Sanger & Associates appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process for the financial year 2025-26.
