MIC Electronics approved allotment of shares to acquire 59% stake in Neo Semi SG Pte. Ltd

MIC Electronics Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 5,68,73,418 equity shares of Rs 2 face value each on a preferential basis to Neo Selling Shareholders for consideration other than cash, towards the acquisition of 59% of the ordinary share capital of Neo Semi SG Pte. Ltd. from Ebisu Global Opportunities Fund Limited, Mauritius, Unico Global Opportunities Fund Limited, Mauritius, and Tavas Advisory & Consulting (FZE), United Arab Emirates.
