Monarch Surveyors acquires GM & FE Ryan for AUD 1.74 million, entering Australian market

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited announced the completion of its acquisition of GM & FE Ryan Pty Ltd (ACN: 085 586 910), Trustee of GMR Engineering Services Unit Trust (ABN: 83 408 901 287), in a deal involving the purchase of 10 equity shares for AUD 1,741,140, representing 100% ownership. The acquisition, which does not constitute a related party transaction, enables Monarch's entry into the Australian engineering market and is expected to generate revenue of AUD 1.76 million to AUD 1.84 million in fiscal year 2026, growing to AUD 2.14 million to AUD 3.22 million by fiscal year 2030.
