Omnitex Industries confirms securities dematerialization compliance with SEBI regulations

Omnitex Industries (India) Limited submitted a confirmation certificate dated 1st July 2026, received from Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, regarding the dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
