Sonata Software Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider declaring an interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27, which will be subject to tax at source deductions as per the Income Tax Act, 2025.
