Susan Electricals India Limited will hold a board meeting on August 7, 2026, to consider and approve the Susan Electricals India Limited -Employee Stock Option Plan, 2026 (SEIL-ESOP 2026), incorporation of “Susan Foundation” and investment therein, and to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company on September 3, 2026.
