TV Vision Limited faces insolvency proceedings after Punjab National Bank filed an application

TV Vision Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has orally pronounced an order admitting an application filed by Punjab National Bank under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, initiating the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against the company on July 30, 2026, with a detailed written order still pending.
