Initial public offer of up to 14,300,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sonaselection India Limited ("The Company" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 94-99 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 84-89 per equity share) (the "Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 134.42-141.57 Crores (the "Issue").
