Initial public issue of upto 36,48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Maxwell Engineering Solutions Limited (the "Company" or "MESL" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 150-158 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 140-148 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 54.72-57.64 Crores ("Public Issue"), of which 2,22,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 150-158 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 3.34-3.52 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 34,25,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 150-158 per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs. 51.38-54.12 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and the net issue will constitute 26.63% and up to 25.01% respectively of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 150/- to Rs. 158/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 15.00 times of the face value and the cap price is 15.80 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum of 1,600 equity shares and in multiples of 800 equity shares thereafter.
