Initial public offering of up to 335,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each of the company ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs.[*] per equity share ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs.[*] Crores ("Offer"), through an offer for sale of up to 335,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each ("Offered Shares") aggregating up to Rs.[*] Crores by Torrent Investments Limited ( formerly known as torrent investments private limited ) ( the "Promoter Selling Shareholder" ) and such offer for sale of equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder, the "Offer for Sale". The offer includes a reservation of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each, aggregating up to Rs.[*] Crores (constituting up to [*]% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital), for subscription by eligible employees (as defined hereinafter) ("Employee Reservation Portion").
