Public issue of 1,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 130 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 120 per equity share) aggregating upto Rs. 13.00 crores (The "Issue") by the company, of which equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 0.65 crores will be reserved for subscription by Market Makers to the issue ("Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the Market Maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The Issue and the Net Issue will constitute 29.77% and 28.28% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Issue price is Rs. 130 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The issue price is 13.0 times of the face value.
