Mukka Proteins Limited announced it has revised the terms of its strategic investment in Swachha Eco Solutions Private Limited, approving the acquisition and/or subscription to 85,200 equity shares for an amount not exceeding Rs 21,30,00,000, equivalent to 46% of the Investee Company's issued and paid-up equity share capital, with a completion date of March 31, 2027. The investment, which will be made in one or more tranches, is intended to expand Mukka Proteins’ Waste Management segment, and the shares will be acquired for Rs 250 per equity share.
