Aster DM converts Rs 102.46 crore loan to equity in Sri Sainatha Multispeciality Hospitals

Aster DM Quality Care Limited said its board approved the conversion of a Rs 102.46 crore loan extended to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sri Sainatha Multispeciality Hospitals Private Limited, into equity shares, resulting in the issuance of 10,24,62,779 shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The company also plans to seek shareholder approval through a postal ballot for a special business and approved the termination of Operation & Management Services and Medical Services Agreements with DM Education and Research Foundation, leading to the cessation of operations under those agreements.
