Intec Capital shareholders re-elected Ms. Shalini Rahul for a five-year director term

Intec Capital Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Ms. Shalini Rahul (DIN: 09357650) as a Non-Executive Independent Woman Director for a second term of five consecutive years, commencing from October 13, 2026, to October 12, 2031, following a Postal Ballot conducted via remote e-voting. Ms. Rahul is currently an Associate Professor at IMT Ghaziabad and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any regulatory authority.
