Sika Interplant Systems confirms no share dematerialisation requests through Integrated Registry

Sika Interplant Systems Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on November 6, 2026, confirming that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer agent, had not received any requests for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares for the period ended October 31, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
