Praxis Home Retail to hold meeting regarding a rights issue of up to Rs 5,500.00 lakhs

Praxis Home Retail Limited will convene a Committee of Directors meeting on November 12, 2026, to determine the record date, price, and entitlement ratio for a rights issue of equity shares not exceeding Rs 5,500.00 lakhs, as previously approved by the company’s Board of Directors on September 11, 2026; trading window for the company’s securities will be closed from November 6, 2026, to November 14, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
