SecureKloud extends payment timeline for Rs 3.14 crore outstanding interest to March 2027

SecureKloud Technologies Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that promoter R. S. Ramani has agreed to extend the timeline for payment of outstanding interest of Rs 3,14,26,183, which was due for payment on or before September 30, 2026, until March 31, 2027.
